1.Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act

Under this law, a farmer can sell his crop in any state where he can get a good rate. But a farmer can sold his crop even before this Act anywhere. In reality, the act would benefit the trader as he would have to buy the crop in the state where he has to pay the lowest rate.

2. Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act:

The company will pay the amount fixed only on the specific quality of the farmer's crop and not on the remaining below quality. The company does not need to pay any tax or license on the purchase of a farmer's crop which would end for APMC.The rate will be given only as per the agreement, whether the market is less than MSP or not, it does not matter. In case of dispute the appeal will be heard by DC. Courts have no right.

3. Essential Commodities (Amendment)Act,2020:

Freedom to black market, freeing traders from illegal storage restrictions. As a result, traders will buy and stock crops at a lower rate and sell at a much higher rate in case of increased demand. Now they have no fear of the law.
